📐 Digital Design & Asset Creation

Before we can initialize a custom print run, your logos and digital targets must be formatted for our production slicers. We offer the following localized preparation services:

• SVG Vector File Conversion
  • Rate: $50.00 (One-time configuration fee per file provided)
  • Details: Send us your existing company graphics in standard JPEG, PNG, or any image file format compatible with Inkscape. We will manually trace and clean your artwork into an optimized SVG vector format. This file is securely archived in our database for all your future commercial orders, completely eliminating setup fees on reorders.
  • ⚠️ Technical Design Note: To guarantee structural integrity, highly technical logos, intricate text scripts, or designs featuring extremely thin lines and small strokes may not render well or print successfully. Because we operate strictly as a localized fabrication studio and not a full-service graphic logo design shop, it is the client’s responsibility to provide or simplify their branding lines if they fall below physical machine capabilities. Every file undergoes a manual geometric feasibility review during intake.
• Custom QR Code Generation
  • Rate: $10.00 (One-time configuration fee per file generated)
  • Details: We will generate high-fidelity, high-contrast QR code assets optimized for point-of-sale displays, restaurant menus, scan-to-pay checkouts, or Wi-Fi connections. Just like our SVG conversions, your unique digital asset is securely stored in our system for easy integration into future desktop stands and signs.

⚙️ On-Demand Contract Manufacturing

If you are an independent designer, engineer, or hobbyist who already has print-ready files configured, our automated production floor is available for hire:

• Hourly Machine Fabrication
  • Rate: $5.00 per hour + Cost of Material + Tax
  • Supported Formats: .3mf preferred (also accepting .stl and .obj formats for geometry review)
  • Details: To maximize value for our contract clients, all structural filament stocks utilized during your print run are billed strictly at base cost plus 10%, plus local sales tax. Our flat $5.00 hourly machine rate provides a fair, predictable manufacturing timeline buffer while ensuring your small-batch production or prototyping runs remain highly affordable.
  • ⚠️ Technical Slicing Note: Clients must provide print-ready, error-free models. We run files as-is and do not offer file optimization, geometry repair, or slicing defect correction services. If a file features unprintable geometry, improper tolerances, or structural errors that cause a print failure, it is the client’s responsibility to modify the file and correct the design issues. The same technical machine constraints regarding small fonts, thin walls, and intricate details apply here.
