🤝 In-Person Consultations & Material Swatches
- Local Consultations: Want to feel the physical durability or check the mechanical clearances of our designs before placing an order? We are happy to schedule a local meetup within the Dickinson area for a face-to-face project review.
- 50-Slot Sample Boxes: During our consultation, we will bring our physical PLA and PETG filament swatch boxes and our product samples. This allows you to view our massive array of premium colors, metallic finishes, and shimmering dual-color silks in person to guarantee your custom parts match your exact branding expectations.
💳 Secure Payment Terms & Policies
Because every fabrication sequence is custom-engineered to your exact dimensions or corporate guidelines, all orders are processed under strict financial terms:
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit card networks and secure mobile wallets, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
- Email Payment Links: For your convenience and security, we can transmit direct, end-to-end encrypted third-party invoice links straight to your email. This way you can process your transaction directly on your computer hardware. Your financial data is never processed or stored on our servers.
- No Over-The-Phone Payments: To ensure strict adherence to international PCI-DSS compliance and data security standards, we never accept or process credit card numbers over the telephone.
- Production Deposit: Custom prototyping runs and bulk corporate manufacturing contracts require a 50% deposit upfront before plastic hits the print beds, with the remaining balance due upon local delivery.
